新一代Д-340TA发动机
2006年4月殷勇,等:天然气掺氢发动机试验用混合气配比系统研制·53·3结束语在线混合系统能够快速地响应HCNG发动机不同工况下对燃气的要求,所编辑的电控系统及控制软件能够精确控制掺H:比,为定掺H。比条件下的发动机试验研究提供方便。在线混合系统能够充分利用原有CNG发动机试验室的设备,且能快速地改变掺H。比,进行各种掺H。比条件下的发动机试验研究,较为适合在发动机台架使用。为提高HCNG混合气配比系统的测量精度,应根据具体发动机来选择量程接近的高精度压力表或质量流量计,依据CNG发动机原机的经济性指标来选择量程和设计管路,以便对HCNG发动机进行深入研究,更好地发挥HCNG燃料的优势。参考文献:[1][2]严兆大.内燃机测试技术(修订版)[M].浙江大学出版社,1993.孙铁雷,王顺喜.常用流量计及其使用选择EJ].农机化研究,2005(1):30—34.Development ofHydrogen—naturalGasFuelingSupplySystem onTestBench forHCNGEngineResearchYINYong.MAFan—hua(StateKeyLaboratory ofAutomotiveSafety andEnergy,TsinghuaUniversity,Beijing,China)Abstract:For the demand ofHydrogen blend natural gas engine development。the hydrogen-natural gas fueling supply system suit for the engine test bench is developed tO achieve the constant hydrogen blending ratio.In this paper,after introducing the configuration of the constant—pressure mixing system and analyzing its accuracy,an on-board hydrogen blending natural gas supplying system is put forward.The strategy for hydrogen blend ratio in mixture control and its controlling precision are both analyzed.It was proved that the on-board hydrogen blending natural gas fueling supply system is able tO achieve the demand of the engine test bench on studying ofHCNG engine.Key words:HCNG fueling supply system;on-board mixing;HCNG blend ratio[编辑:潘丽丽]·..‘····¨.····...·····-._·t·¨.··”·-I.·····●···-¨.···-¨.··-·...--···...····...···¨.····-‘..···-..-·…·●····¨.····¨.··..··●··..¨.-·.....-·¨.-I.·-.¨.··.-..●··-.·...·.....-·..·_..·..¨.·-..··●·...._._......··..·-..·....●··.”-●·.............·.·信息·新一代且一340TA发动机阿尔泰发动机制造厂设计生产了皿一340TA系列发动机,机型为4缸,4行程,水冷,直喷涡轮增压柴油机。其功率范围为150 kW~240 kW,排量为6I,,标定转速为2400 r/rain,燃油消耗率为198 g/(kW·h)。此发动机区别于其他发动机的特点是紧凑的外形,发动机长度为1000 mm,宽度为650 mm,高度为950 mm。有害气体排放满足欧Ⅲ标准。
